Our Board
The Secure Horizons Group Board sets the strategic direction for the organization by formulating and approving the Secure Horizons Strategic Plan. This plan is reviewed annually during the Board’s Strategic Planning Day to ensure alignment with the organization’s evolving goals. Following this review, the Strategic Plan is handed over to the CEO and the Senior Executive Management team for effective implementation. Both the Board and CEO play a critical role in overseeing, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of the agreed-upon actions.

The work of the Board is supported by various committees, and as part of our ongoing governance review, these committees were reassessed and realigned this year to better serve the needs of the organization. The Board currently operates with four committees: Strategy, Finance and Audit, Risk, and Quality and Systems.
